DISABLED MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER
I understand what it means to live with a hidden disability and the quiet strength it takes to keep moving forward.
As a disability keynote speaker and advocate, I share real stories of resilience that help audiences reframe struggle as purpose. I do not speak to impress. I speak to connect, to encourage, and to remind people that their challenges do not disqualify them. They prepare them.
Bold Voice. Honest Story. Lasting Impact.
I am not just another voice on stage. I am a visual storyteller, a listener, and someone who knows how to meet people exactly where they are, with heart, humor, and a hard-earned perspective.
Whether you are looking for a speaker who has overcome adversity, someone who understands disability from the inside out, or a voice that weaves authenticity and encouragement into every word, my goal is the same. I show up fully and honestly.
I bring lived experience, not just inspiration. My talks do more than uplift. They equip.
Why Caleb?
My story does not begin at a podium. It begins with adversity. Born with a visual processing disorder that went undiagnosed until high school, I spent years feeling behind, misunderstood, and underestimated. Once diagnosed, I had to relearn how to read, write, and function in a world that was not built with me in mind.
That experience shaped my approach to life and leadership, and it continues to shape the way I speak today.
I am not about silver linings or forced optimism. I am about telling the truth, holding space for hard moments, and showing what becomes possible when you keep going, even when the path forward feels uncertain.
“I don’t speak to impress anyone. I speak to connect. To remind people they are not alone. To show what is possible, even when life feels impossibly difficult.”
My message resonates with business professionals, students, nonprofit leaders, faith-based communities, and anyone navigating the messy middle of life.

Signature Keynotes
The Other Side of Struggle
Based on my upcoming book, this keynote explores a universal truth. Struggle is not a dead end. It is a doorway. I share the personal story of how losing everything gave me the clarity to build something better, and how adversity can become a foundation rather than a failure.
Best fit for: Corporate conferences, nonprofit events, educational settings, and leadership trainings
Can One Person Make a Difference?
This message blends my work with global service organizations and personal stories of impact to ask one essential question. What if the difference the world needs is you?
This talk invites audiences to reflect on purpose, responsibility, and the power of individual action in a complex world.
Best fit for: Leadership events, community groups, civic organizations, and youth programs
Faith Forward: A Talk Rooted in Hope
This is not a sermon. It is a message from someone who has walked through hardship and still chooses faith. I do not quote scripture. I speak honestly about what it means to trust God when nothing makes sense.
As a disabled Christian speaker, I offer encouragement and perspective for those wrestling with doubt, purpose, and pain.
My faith is my compass. It does not make me perfect. It reminds me I am not alone.
Best fit for: Church communities, retreats, faith-based conferences, and blended-audience events
testimonials
Caleb doesn’t just give a talk—he gives people permission to be human. His story of living with a hidden disability hit home for so many in our audience. You could feel the shift in the room. Real, raw, and unforgettable.
We’ve had a lot of speakers over the years, but none who connected with our team the way Caleb did. He’s honest, grounded, and incredibly powerful without ever raising his voice. If you’re looking for a disability keynote speaker who brings authenticity and heart—Caleb is it.
WHY I SPEAK
I don’t speak to be the loudest voice in the room. I speak to be the one someone remembers when they feel like giving up.
Living with a hidden disability taught me how to navigate life quietly and powerfully. It shaped how I lead, how I listen, and how I help others find strength they did not know they had.
I do not show up with answers. I show up with perspective. My role is not to fix anyone. It is to remind them they are not broken.
